Refund & Cancellation Policy — Greek Chic NYC LLC

We want you to feel confident when purchasing a sorority recruitment coaching package. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 business days of purchase and only if no coaching sessions have been used.

Once a session has been completed or any digital materials have been accessed, the package becomes non-refundable.

 

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email us at lorie@greekchic.net within 14 business days

• Include your name, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

• No-shows are considered forfeited and non-refundable

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of services

 

4. Program Termination

We may terminate services if:

• A client repeatedly misses sessions

• A client violates the Terms & Conditions

• Communication becomes abusive or inappropriate

Terminated services due to client behavior are not eligible for refunds.
