These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of all sorority recruitment coaching packages offered by Greek Chic NYC LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
 

By purchasing, you agree to these Terms:

1. Service Description
Packages typically include:
3–4 Zoom sessions
Personalized coaching
Access to templates, guides, and digital resources
We reserve the right to update or modify service offerings as needed.

2. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing a package, you agree to:
Attend all scheduled sessions on time
Participate actively and provide accurate information
Respect the scheduling, cancellation, and refund policies listed below
Not share or redistribute our materials without permission

3. Intellectual Property
All digital resources, templates, strategies, and coaching materials are the intellectual property of Greek Chic NYC LLC.
You may not copy, share, distribute, sell, or publicly post any materials without written permission.

4. Scheduling
Sessions are delivered primarily via Zoom. Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring they have a stable internet connection
Using the correct meeting links
Scheduling sessions through our approved scheduling system

5. Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Late reschedules or no-shows may be forfeited and not refunded.

6. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee placement into any sorority, chapter, or recruitment outcome. Success depends on individual factors outside our control.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
